Welcome to the Brookside II Homeowner’s Association! Since its establishment in 1994, the Brookside II Homeowner’s Association has been regarded as one of the most active and influential homeowner associations in the Frankfort community (we have an annual rate of approximately 70% membership in our voluntary association). Our entire board works to insure that your questions are answered and your concerns addressed. Whether you are new to our sub division or have been a neighbor since its development, our goal is to maintain open and honest communication regarding the issues facing our neighborhood, and to listen to your suggestions. It’s important to all of us on the board that we hear from you…feel free to contact any of our board members.
